When submitting papers for potential publication in the Data Science Journal, please submit an original editable file in one of the following electronic formats:
- TXT (Text)
- RTF (Rich Text)
- Word (DOC)
- WordPerfect
You may also include a PDF file, but the editable file is required. Please do not send html files.
All figures, images, tables, etc., should be embedded into the original (and PDF, if included) files. (They do not need to be submitted separately).
Supplemental data in any format (BMP, JPEG, DOC, XLS, WAV, VOB, etc.) are acceptable. Supporting information enhances papers in the Data Science Journal by providing additional substantive material, which is posted on the Journal website. Supporting information may take the form of supplemental figures, tables, datasets, and videos. Supporting Information is reviewed along with the paper, and is referred to in the text. Authors cannot alter the information after acceptance for publication.
Mac users should send text and PDF files.
Printed papers will not be accepted.
